Habit in bloom, with tape measure for scale.

The taller flower projecting out of upper left of the cluster does not belong to this
plant, but probably to its relative, Eriophyllum wallacei.

Along Ivanpah Road ca. 2 miles northwest of Ivanpah at ca. 3200 feet elevation.
